An Agility business partner is looking for a Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in identifying sales opportunities for selling IT and anti-fraud products.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the opportunity qualification, when the opportunity is passed to sales team for development and close. Must be fluent in English.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and e-mails, focusing on the payments sector including Retail Banks, Payment Processors, Card Issuers and Acquirers, ATM etc.
- Visit our customer base to present our real-time anti-fraud solution
- Represent our company to potential clients
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives and Pre Sales teams
- Report to the Sales Director on weekly meetings
- Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in the payments sector, acquiring knowledge in acquiring and card processing.

Requisitos e qualificações
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations in English and Portuguese
- Fluent in English

- Previous experience in a technical business development or sales role, preferably in the payments, acquiring or card processing sector
- Understanding of payments fraud and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of acquiring structures, card processing, and payment methods
- Familiar with payment protocols and payment schemes
